    Orders: To place an order, please follow the checkout instructions on our Squarespace website. Payment must be received before an order is processed. make all the difference.Pricing: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

    Payment: We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

    Chargebacks: Once an item has been delivered and received by the customer, the customer is responsible for the item. Chargebacks for delivered items are not permitted unless there is a valid reason such as the item being significantly different from its description or faulty. In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to contact Clara Trindall at Claratrindallart@gmail.com first to attempt to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to addressing any issues or concerns promptly and fairly. Any chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the customer being liable for any associated costs or fees.Intellectual Property

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment for the amount charged.   • Shipping and Delivery: For items ready for dispatch, you can expect processing times of 2-3 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the delivery location.

    Express shipping is available at checkout if expedite processing and dispatch is required.

    Shipping Methods: For most items we use Australia Post for shipping within Australia. Most of our items come with complimentary signature on delivery. For larger artworks, specialized couriers will be used. Please enquire at Claratrindallart@gmail.com for all international enquiries.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Due to the nature of art products any hand painted or custom made Items are non-refundable for change of mind.

    Damage on Arrival: We offer refunds for items damaged on arrival if evidence of damage and any packaging damage is provided within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    Item not as described: If you believe that the product you purchased is not as described or faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss a refund. To process your refund, please provide photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to address any concerns you may have.
